I am Amanuel Ashagre, I’m a cook in East Africa, Ethiopia, and Somaliland. I love to cook Italian food and Ethiopian, but I love kimchi from Korea. More importantly, I just love to cook new dishes.

Here in Ethiopia and even in Somaliland, the food is from farm to table, the meat, the vegetables, everything is organic. For good tasty food, the cook just has to choose the best.
